SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
The Luna Team works extremely hard in making sure all delivery dates are met and are on time. We do not ship on Holidays or weekends. Delivery days are Tuesday and Friday. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. Please allow 10 business days to receive your merchandise. For customized apparel please allow up to two weeks. For inquiries regarding the status of your order and/or a certain product please email shop@thebrandluna for more information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept your return, within 14 days of your order's arrival. However, used and custom merchandise cannot be returned. Sale items are FINAL SALE.
